Data Science Students Contribute to Astronomy Research

Description

The AVL supported two M.S. students, Aditya James and Keerthana Varakala, as they contributed to Astronomy professor Enrico Vesperini’s research via the Faculty Assistance in Data Science program. Their 3D visualizations illustrating complex features of globular star clusters were awarded the FADS Showcase Grand Prize.
